Global X U.S. Preferred ETF (PFFD) is an exchange-traded fund launched in September 2017 that invests in a broad basket of U.S. preferred stocks, providing benchmark-like exposure to the asset class. It seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the ICE BofA Diversified Core U.S. Preferred Securities Index. The fund offers inclusive coverage of U.S. preferred stocks across company size, credit quality, maturity, and issue characteristics such as fixed vs. floating rate, with exposure to individual issuers capped at 10%. The fund has approximately $2.24 billion in assets under management and carries an expense ratio of 0.23%, well below the peer category average.
