We are offering to the public 12,000,000 of our 4.45% Series O Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest, liquidation preference $25.00 per share, which we refer to as the "Series O Preferred Shares."
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be contributed to the Operating Partnership in exchange for Series O Preferred Units, which will use the proceeds to redeem Vornado's 5.70% Series K Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.
