The Preferred Shares represented by the Depositary Shares will be deposited with Computershare Trust Company, N. A., as depositary.
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including to fund acquisitions of self-storage facilities and redemptions of the company's preferred shares.
