We are selling 11,000,000 depositary shares (the "Depositary Shares") each representing 1/1,000 of a 4.875% Cumulative Preferred Share of Beneficial Interest, Series I (the "Preferred Shares"). The Preferred Shares represented by the Depositary Shares will be deposited with Computershare Trust Company, N.A., as depositary.
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be used to make investments in self-storage facilities and entities owning them, for development of self-storage facilities, and for general corporate purposes including the redemption of preferred shares.
