Associated Banc-Corp is offering to sell 4,000,000 depositary shares, each representing a 1/40th ownership interest in a share of 5.875% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E, with a liquidation preference of $1,000 per share (equivalent to $25 per depositary share) (the "Series E Preferred Stock").
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds of approximately $97.3 million will be used up to the entire amount to repurchase shares of common stock, with any remainder used for general corporate purposes.
