TDS also holds an 82% majority stake in Array Digital Infrastructure (NYSE: AD) — formerly U.S. Cellular — which leases tower space to tenants, holds noncontrolling interests in wireless operating companies, and manages wireless spectrum licenses. TDS trades on the New York Stock Exchange and is considered a "controlled company" under NYSE listing standards, with voting control concentrated in the TDS Voting Trust. ↗
