We are offering 4,000,000 shares of our 5.70% Series I Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, which we refer to in this prospectus supplement as our series I preferred.
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be contributed to the Operating Partnership in exchange for series I preferred units and used, along with cash on hand, to fund the redemption of all outstanding shares of the series F preferred or for general corporate purposes.
