Prospectus (SEC 424B5)
RiverNorth/DoubleLine Strategic Opportunity Fund, Inc. is issuing non-transferable subscription rights to its stockholders of record as of November 5, 2024. These Rights will allow Record Date Stockholders to subscribe for (i) new Common Shares in an aggregate amount of up to 7,658,000 Common Shares; and (ii) newly issued 6.00% Series C term preferred stock in an aggregate amount of up to 3,829,000 Series C Preferred Shares.
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be used to increase the Fund's assets so it may take advantage of investment opportunities, maintain its leverage ratio, and raise additional capital, invested in accordance with the Fund's investment objective and strategies.
