We are offering shares of our 6.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, $0.01 par value per share, which we refer to in this prospectus supplement as our Series A Preferred Stock. This offering is a re-opening of our original issuance of Series A Preferred Stock, which occurred on June 18, 2019.
Use of proceeds: Net proceeds will be contributed to the Operating Partnership for Series A Preferred Units, which intends to use them to repay outstanding indebtedness (including its unsecured revolving credit facility), to fund potential acquisitions, and/or for general corporate purposes and working capital.
