IInvesco Financial Preferred ETF

PGF is an exchange-traded fund managed by Invesco Capital Management that seeks to track the ICE Exchange-Listed Fixed Rate Financial Preferred Securities Index, a market-capitalization-weighted benchmark of exchange-listed, fixed-rate, U.S. dollar-denominated preferred securities issued by financial-sector companies in the U.S. domestic market. The fund invests at least 90% of its assets in index constituents, holding a concentrated portfolio of roughly 30 securities — all within the financial sector — and requires holdings to carry a minimum credit rating of B- (S&P) or B3 (Moody's). It trades on NYSE Arca and is classified as non-diversified.
