IInfraCap REIT Preferred ETF

PFFR is a passively managed exchange-traded fund launched in February 2017 by Infrastructure Capital Advisors (subadvised under Virtus ETF Advisers) that tracks the Indxx REIT Preferred Stock Index — a modified market-cap-weighted index of U.S.-listed preferred securities issued by real estate investment trusts (REITs). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 90% of its assets in component securities of the underlying index. All securities must have a yield-to-worst of 3% or higher to be eligible, and the fund is market-cap-weighted with any single issue capped at a 10% weighting. The fund has approximately $108.5 million in assets under management.
