As of December 31, 2025, the company held approximately $57.7 billion in total assets and operated 141 branch offices across nine states, including Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Maryland, and Florida. Founded in Nashville in 2000, the firm grew through a combination of acquisitions and organic expansion to become one of the larger regional banks in the Southeast.
