Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) is a Maryland-based real estate investment trust formed in 2010 that owns and invests primarily in upscale extended-stay and premium-branded select-service hotels across the United States. The company is internally managed and, as of December 31, 2025, owned 33 hotels totaling 5,021 rooms spread across 15 states and the District of Columbia. Because of its REIT structure, Chatham cannot directly operate its hotels; instead, all assets and operations are conducted through its operating partnership, Chatham Lodging, L.P.
