GGABELLI GLOBAL UTILITY & INCOME TRUST

Gabelli Global Utility & Income Trust (GLU) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company launched by GAMCO Investors and managed by Gabelli Funds, LLC. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities and income-producing securities of domestic and foreign companies involved in the utilities industry and other industries that are expected to pay periodic dividends. Its primary focus is on stocks of companies providing products, services, or equipment for the generation or distribution of electricity, gas, or water, as well as infrastructure operations. The fund was formed on May 28, 2004, and is based in the United States.
