GGABELLI DIVIDEND & INCOME TRUST

The Gabelli Dividend & Income Trust (GDV) is a diversified, closed-end management company that invests at least 80% of its assets in dividend-paying or other income-producing securities. Under normal market conditions, at least 50% of the fund's assets consist of dividend-paying equity securities. The fund was launched by GAMCO Investors, Inc. and is managed by Gabelli Funds, LLC. Its roughly $3 billion portfolio is heavily weighted toward Financial Services, Health Care, and Food & Beverage sectors, with holdings spanning large-cap U.S. equities such as JPMorgan Chase, Mastercard, and American Express.
