Its core holdings include residential whole loans — such as non-qualified mortgage (Non-QM) loans, legacy reperforming and non-performing loans (RPL/NPL), and business purpose loans (BPLs) — as well as residential mortgage-backed securities (Agency and Non-Agency MBS) and credit risk transfer (CRT) securities.
