Telephone and Data Systems (TDS) is a diversified telecommunications holding company that delivers broadband, video, voice, and wireless services to residential and business customers primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary TDS Telecom, which together with its other operations served approximately 1.1 million connections as of December 31, 2025. TDS also holds an 82% majority stake in Array Digital Infrastructure (NYSE: AD) — formerly U.S. Cellular — which leases tower space to tenants, holds noncontrolling interests in wireless operating companies, and manages wireless spectrum licenses. TDS trades on the New York Stock Exchange and is considered a "controlled company" under NYSE listing standards, with voting control concentrated in the TDS Voting Trust.
